Kaido Sushi Bar

Kaido Sushi Bar is a unique restaurant in Valencia. From the hand of Ulises Menezo and Yoshikazu Yanome, traditional Japanese haute cuisine is combined with excellence with Mediterranean products. Only 10 people per service. Not one more. Why? Because this unique space must be savored. Every nuance, every surprise, every ingredient, every service will be a unique occasion to enjoy. Japanese by birth and training. Graduate in Economics and qualified cook by the AJSA (All Japan Sushi Association). After more than 10 years cooking in Japan, he decided to travel to Spain so that his cooking could be known in our country. After a stay in Malaga, in the restaurant Zenart, he decided to undertake a new adventure in the Tastem Group, of Ulises Menezo. Already in the Valencian team he won the prize for the best sushiman in Spain and, later, he achieved the fifth place in the world Sushi Challenge organized by Norge.



He began his passion for Japanese cuisine in another restaurant of the Tastem Group. Honoo, the Japanese brasserie, has been his home for the last few years, creating an unbeatable partnership with Edu Espejo in the kithchen. Now he will put his experience in the dining room and the wine cellar at the service of the visitors of Kaido Sushi Bar. A challenge to continue growing.
